Need more reasons why Planet Hyundai SUCKS?

Our site is not the first to register complaints about Planet Hyundai Las Vegas.  As a service to consumers, I have compiled a list of links to long standing consumer websites that also have reference to the company in question. (In addition, I have added my experience and opinion to most of these sites as well)

Disclaimer - Planet Hyundai was sold and is under new ownership and management as of April 1st, 2010.  While most of the testimonials located on the sites below predate the new ownership, there are many testimonials, both good and bad, that have been posted after the new ownership took over.

A word of caution regarding Dealer Rater:  This site is the one that the new management at Planet Hyundai works very hard to make sure looks good.  They really encourage people to go provide 5 star feedback, and if you post low ratings/complaints on this board, they have a process where they can work with you to resolve the issues.  The benefit to them is that most bad posts are either removed completely or the scores are changed.  The benefit to you is that this is probably the fastest way to escalate an issue and get a real resolution without having to go through the BBB.  I wouldn't consider it the most impartial source of information, but it is a great sign that people have positive things to say about the new management, and that when things do not go so well, management is motivated to address and resolve issues quickly.

Consumers Fight Back! - How you can submit formal complaints beyond the BBB

One option suggested by a site visitor was to contact Consumer Affairs.  They are a private, non governmental entity dedicated to helping consumers resolve issues with businesses. There are two ways to initiate the process:

Online Complaint Form - Click here to go directly to complaint form

What is great about the online process is you have the option of having your experience posted online and shared across the internet.  Consumer Affairs usually pops up on page one of a google or yahoo search on Planet Hyundai.  It is a very easy way to have your voice heard by many people.

Contact Consumer Affairs by phone: 1-800-326-5202

Another option is to contact Hyundai Corp - America Division.  They can be contacted by mail, phone, fax, or email.
